Boat Luggage Service

Please make sure that the items are easy to identify by using the ship's original label so that luggage can be delivered to the right ship and to your cabin. Luggage insurance is included!

We guarantee that your luggage will be delivered one day prior to embarcation. We use a transport notice to notify the respective ship owner about your luggage. Since we are in permanent contact with the ships, your luggage will be checked here as well.

It is possible to send bikes with Insam Express through our booking form.

• From South Tyrol to Germany & Austria 5/6 working days. And in Austria 5/6 working days.

Bicycle transport packaging

Bicycles can only be shipped in a bicycle box or bicycle bag. Other types of packaging are not permitted. Please remove the pedals and possibly also the front wheel. Rotate the steering wheel by 90° and drag down the saddle in order to not exceed the maximum size of the box (maximum size: length + circumference must not exceed 410cm). If these dimensions are exceeded, the transport will be cancelled or additional costs will incur. There must be no other items, such as clothing, shoes, etc. which are not part of the bike. If a bike is not packed properly, it may happen that you have to disassemble parts from the bike. We assume no responsibility for any damage. The possible assembly costs of a technician due to bad packaging will not be refund. The carton must necessarily be tightly closed and addressed with the sender - recipient.

Compensation for bicycle transport damage

Transport is compensated only in case of loss with max. €800 (depending on the age and model of the bike). We are not responsible for other damages. If scratches or other damages occur during the transport of the bike we do not assume any responsibility.

Payment of bicycle transport

Transportation to and from South Tyrol can be paid in cash at the hotel. Transports to other destinations can only be paid by credit card through our website www.insamexpress.it.
